BWB, provides top quality animals at resonable prices
- All genetics are guaranteed in writing upon request. All animals are accompanied with a feed card.
- BWB strives to provide our customers with the best top quality boas and ball pythons. All animals are guaranteed healthy and feeding. We provide a live arrival guarantee, provided we are contacted within 1 hour of arrival should a problem arise. A digital photo of the deceased animal still in its security tape sealed container must be email within 24 hours.
- Sexing of animals is accurate, but sometimes one may slip through. It is the customers responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal through a reputable, knowledgeable, and qualified source once they arrive and contact us with discrepancies within 96 hours. We will provide an exchange for the correct sex should this problem arise. It is the customers responsibility to provide shipping back to our facility. BWB will pay for the return shipping of the replacement animal. We reserve the right to inquire and request proof with regard to who performed sex determining procedure.
- BWB accepts cashiers checks, money orders, and paypal. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.
- BWB will not ship to any location with an ambient temperature of less than 40 degrees. We will ship via Delta Dash, DHL, or Fed-Ex. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and may select preference of shipper. Shipping is paid by the buyer upon arrival. This means the buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost when signing for the animal. Only the shipping charges are COD, not the animal which must be prepaid before shipping.
